LABOR PRODUCTIVITY

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) defines labor productivity as “the ratio of a volume measure of output to a volume measure of input” OECD Manual). Three main components are usually considered as inputs for labor productivity: hours spent by the workforce at work, workforce jobs as well as the percentage of the population which is employed.
